Love your vehicles

Humm, I came to this page after watching some of the machines in such a poor condition and decided to write some of my experience with these engineering marvels. We already know these tips & tricks to care our machines; so just for revision we will talk for our lovely two/four wheelers-

Input-
Output is always proportional to the input, so this is most import factor to take care.
1. Always use fuel from reputed fuel station. Like shell. Also if there is company owned gas station near to your place prefer them, as there are less chances of impurity mixing.
2. Every gas station have 2 kind of fuel now days; one is normal one and another is some high quality. You can prefer using high quality fuel, ex high octane petrol (Extra premium petrol available in Indian oil station). This will cost a bit extra bucks, but it compensate cost by giving your machine extra mileage and also engine performance/life will be better with this healthy food as additional.
3. Periodic service helps engine to work smoothly. i.e. Clean air filter, corroborator and good engine oil.
4. Check the air pressure in tires regularly as per specification. Low pressure cause degrade in performance for road machines.

Output-
We have to bit careful while extracting output as-
1. Do not throttle suddenly becoz this put pressure on engine. Gradually increase throttle to get acceleration.
2. Do not use clutch, when not required. i.e. Some time we use clutch on rolling vehicles.
3. Use proper gear with speed of vehicles. Avoid using half clutch as well.
4. Maintain max speed 50-60 for two wheelers and max 70 for four wheelers in city drive. Putting speed more reduce fuel efficiency drastically.
5. For better controlling on vehicles, try using gear with breaks.

By following above I am able to get mileage of 50 from my pulsar 180CC bike.
May be it will be helpful for all of us.

Thanks
Swapnil

4 years

August 21st I have completed 4 years in IT industry. I can remember very well when I and my friend Arvind Sharma came to Bangalore to join MindTree from C-DAC Pune campus placement. Both of us never wanted to be in here that time as all of our friends were there in Pune-Mumbai region, but being a fresher you don't have choices :). So finally we landed to Bangalore and same day we got chance to have a walk from Forum mall to BTM water tank @ 11:30pm; very thanks to city's great auto-rickshaw drivers. Any how we manage to reach to our guest house somewhere after mid night.

Next day we went to MindTree BSK office to join our first company, wow it’s so near from BTM (we had already decided to stay in BTM). But very soon they took us into a cab & finally after a log ride we reached to Global village office at Mysore road, a nice building & big campus was welcoming us. New life started.

I remember first 5 people I met (excluding HR team) were SandeepAgrawal->ManuTayal->SureshNavada->Bala V->Balaji. Best part they all are still in MindTree. (HeHe)
After that we never realize that time ran so fast and we completed 3 years there. Shared lot of good time with some very good friends & people there. But one day all guys in our group decided for job switch. After kicking out all my friends, I came out from MindTree on 9th July 2010. Even though we were not happy with some of the things in MindTree but we have enjoyed & learnt a lot there. May be I can think to go back to MindTree in future.
Now leaving MindTree behind, it is just a month in Samsung now so I don't have much to share now, but I will come back some time & will share with u all.
